Thank you very much! To quote a terrible line, it was a perfect storm. No rain, constant lightning, dark of night. I had the shutter open for 15 seconds, and the photo is actually 3 seperate lightning strikes. That night I took 114 photos, 24 of which I had photographed lightning. Previously over the course of 1 1/2 years I had taken close to 750 photographs (for lightning), with only 2 of which had visible lightning. I was just at the right place at the right time. Keep trying, your bound to take a great lightning photo! Thanks for taking the time to leave feed back, I really appreciate it.
